They can make a dining reservation — after keeping you on the phone for 10 minutes — and that’s about it. We are a true concierge service that prides itself on research ability, reach and influence, persistence on your behalf, nuanced details, and personalization.

We ensure an efficient and pleasant experience. We begin to know you and your nuanced preferences, and provide everything you’ll need to get the most of your membership. You’ll be able to submit requests beginning within 1 business day.

We treat every request as high priority.

Most requests are completed in real time or within 1 business day, and nearly all requests are completed within 2 business days. In a special instance where a request requires additional time, updates are provided.

Services are available to US residents (for worldwide requests). Select packages are also available in additional countries — please inquire.

We welcome a challenge, and our discreet and determined Concierge team can handle virtually any personal Request type.

We do not generally accept medical Requests. We do not handle physical work tasks (such as data entry).

There is no estimated wait time, which can vary greatly. We are constantly evaluating waitlist interest, as well as our carefully guarded team bandwidth.
